Beautiful island. Resort and resort staff were great.

This was a dream come true stay for the one day we stayed. (We were evacuated our second day due to cyclone). The staff went above and beyond. The room was great. You get a lot of extra amenities included like the transfer to and from the island, snorkeling and the glass bottom boat tour. The best part was after 430 the day tourists left and we had the whole island to ourselves with only 29 guests staying over night. Overall it was the best day of vacation I ever had.

Gem of a place that allows for beautiful scenery and snorkeling while not requiring an additional flight to the Great Barrier Reef.

Skeleton crew at the “hotel “ and terrible service at the “ restaurant “. Was told I wasn’t allowed to eat at the restaurant unless I order a 50 dollar burger. “ the kitchen is very busy “

first of all, the staff have been very accommodating and helpful. however i noticed the rooms are outdated with rusts and the pool noticeably unclean. the beach though is amazing, the glass bottom boat tour is highly recommended.

Swimming with sharks and turtles as beyond imagination

Wonderful, unique island, great staff, friendly. Reef suites are a classic design and spotlessly clean and spacious. Terrific snorkelling off beach beside pier, on the fringe and outer reef. The various reefs ARE in great shape with healthy coral and myriad fish. Dive shop team led by the extraordinary Craig, are outstanding. Emerald Restaurants current food offering is expensive and virtually inedible. This was our 5th, five night stay on Green Island. Everything, except the restaurant met our high expectations. Resort is not viable unless the restaurant and food offering on the island are dramatically upgraded to competitive global standards.

The island was very pleasant, especially after the day visitors left.

Overall great stay. Menu options could be improved to match the captive audience pricing! Not a deal breaker but step up the game a little. Would certainly return!

The resort is small and has a feel of luxury. The room was large and the woodwork in the room was gorgeous. The bathroom was well appointed and the veranda backed on to rainforest. The room felt very private and you are not overlooked by other guests. The pool area was very relaxing and the staff were very friendly. It felt like a private island after the day guests left at 4.30. Highly recommended, you would not be disappointed.
