Not that great. Hotel rooms & room areas seem very dated. Dark with no real personality.

Was a little surprised that the room did not have a fridge or microwave available unless you paid a daily extra charge. Nightly parking fee even for self park. room service was very limited time frames and options. if they get your order wrong it’s a nightmare to get someone to take responsibility and correct their error. Internal food options were definitely overpriced, however, still descent.

We waited an hour in line for check in at 11.30pm at night. On 2 nights our corridor and room we kep smelling pot which was awful

The price was great. The hotel needs some general upkeep, but was clean. It would be nice to have a fridge for restaurant leftovers and beverages. Pool was great. We got a cabana and had great service.

Nice room

Our first stay in Vegas. The hotel is clean and I felt safe, but it is very dated and desperately needs some updating.

We were initially wanting to stay in the pyramid but during check-in we were upgraded which I didnt know was going to put us in the tower. I appreciated the upgraded room but miss that we didnt get the pyramid experience which why we initially booked there. This did cause extra walking for my wife which was harder on her.

My room was clean and comfortable, However the shower drain wasnt draining good. Overall stay it was good.

We stayed in the Pyramid, those rooms are big but very outdated. The elevators are even worst. We got stuck briefly in one when we were checking in. The elevators are very old and the paint is peeling off the insides. Every time I rode one of the elevators in the Pyramid I was worried, but was on the 15th floor so I had no choice. You can check in early as long as your room is available. I also recommend requesting late checkout, it’s only $20. Lastly, try to avoid eating at Johnny Rockets in the hotel.
