Lovely hotel to come back to after a long time. It’s still the same. Nicely sized rooms with a huge bathroom with shower and bath. Wonderful staff who are courteous, professional and always helpful, willing to going to extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. My only comment is that the hotel is currently upgrading and refurbishing so the spa is closed although guest rooms have been opened up as an alternative. There is drilling noises in the background most days throughout the day, but I appreciate all this is necessary for the hotel to be maintained and improved.

Great stay, centrally located, good breakfast spread and comfortable rooms. Only wish there wasnt renovation going on over christmas - the whole hotel smelled of paint while we were there, thankfully the rooms did not.

Excellent service and clean rooms and beaitiful big bathrooms

Staff are fabulous as always and the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Would appreciate multicountry plugs and USBC ports in the near future. Only issue was courtyard bar playing live music until 11.30pm on a weekday but it stopped not long after calling reception.
