This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had.On 9 July at around 7:00 pm, after having dinner, we returned to our cabin. The road leading up to the cabins had been closed because it was slippery, so we stopped at the entrance to unload our luggage. We were not trying to drive past the closure or ignore the roadblock. We simply stopped to unload our bags while following the instructions that had been given by another staff member.A female staff member then walked down, moved the traffic cone, and immediately started shouting at us to move our car. She was extremely aggressive and even used the “f word” while speaking to us.We were travelling with young children, who witnessed the entire incident. We were completely shocked. There was absolutely no reason to speak to guests in such a hostile and disrespectful way. If there were safety concerns, they could have been explained politely and professionally. We fully understand the importance of safety, especially when roads are slipper

With the location being for star gazing I would have thought there would have been a lights out time for less light pollution

Easy park right in front of the unit. Great staff cleaned up one of our mistakes. Very helpful.

The photos provided on Hotels.com do not do this property justice at all. It is actually way nicer. It is a popular place to stay and each staff member we interacted with were so friendly and helpful.

Our room had the most beautiful view. Parking was directly next to our unit. Our unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

It is about a 5-10 walk into the center of town. The food trucks are a 5 minute walk to and they are also better than most of the restaurants.

The hot springs are also a short walk away and they provide a few discounts for people staying at Lakes Edge.

We wished we had booked for a few more nights!

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking. The unit itself was clean and everything worked well. Very nice kitchen and living room option. We enjoyed eating our meals on the picnic tables outside the room.

Check-in was efficient. The suite was slightly smaller than others that we stayed in but the view was great.
