Awful room. A floor space in front of the desk had splintered out wood slats. What that said to me is that they either don’t have the finances it takes to maintain a hotel or they just don’t care. Either one is unacceptable. This hotel thought it was acceptable to rent out a room with a damaged floor. They could’ve moved the furniture around so guests don’t see it. They could’ve placed a rug over it, many different options for them to take but they didn’t CARE. Additionally, when I first arrived in my room I went to wash my hands and I found a hair on a “display” of hand towels. I sent a picture of it to the front desk. This was not a good experience. I booked two nights but left before I had to stall another night, and I paid for two nights. My choice.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The shower had noticeable soap scum and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. We also found trash underneath the bed, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been prepared before our arrival. I expected a much higher standard of housekeeping and hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve the guest experience.

Friendly staff. Welcoming. Helpful. This our go to hotel with little ones. Exceptional service

Propert was beautiful and so close to Petco Park.

Our overall experience at the hotel was very good but the bed was too soft and uncomfortable and the room was dated and worn.

Staff was very friendly, and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Exceptionally nice!

I’ve been stayed at this property at least 4 times in the past few months. The staff is always friendly and professional. The rooms are great. The location is awesome. Love it.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was cozy and comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again
