Great especially if travelling with children, activities all day,& pool with slide well used.
Staff very friendly & remember guests

Lovely staff.
Unfortunately the waterpressure at the resort was terrible!
Also extremely loud music blaring from the bar area, we saw so many customers leave the area.
We were wanting to leave a tip for staff at the end of our 9 day stay but was told they did not accept credit cards for tips! I assume that most guests would pay by card?
Overall, a nice break with very nice staff. Just a few adjustments would fix many things, such as a chalk board with daily activities in the main bar area, much prefereable to the unintelligible chatter from staff members behind the bar. I think proper staff training would be advisable.
Otherwise an enjoyable break.
Thank you!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities were very clean. Gardens were beautifully kept. Meals were a bit expensive, however the food was lovely. Perfect location right on the beach. Highly recommend. Ill definitely return

Very friendly staff, rooms nice and clean and staff very helpful.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was amazing.

Beautiful people
Accomodation dated

We stayed for 9 nights. Our room was spacious, plenty of room for adults with kids. The open air bathroom was a treat. Having our accommodation on the beach front was beautiful.

The pool area was spacious and clean.

The happy hour games were fun and inclusive of every generation. The activities daily were well scheduled.

The staff were amazing, every staff member said Bula with a smile and were more than happy to offer service.

Small improvements could be made: the bathroom needs a good clean - lots of mould. The open air bathroom was not cleaned once during our stay.

The activities available are very repetitive and being so remote it’s hard to go for a walk to shops or do an activity.

Day trips are a must to be able to see Fiji.

The menu is great and changes nightly, but it is quite expensive.

Overall a nice stay, but minor improvements needed

Wonderful staff always smiling and happy to help, stunning location & a true paradise for rest and relaxation.
Thank you Fiji Hideaway for a most memorable holiday experience

The place is a little tired but everything is clean and well maintained, the location is great, staff here are amazing

Absolutely fantastic value for money. Lovely resort that’s great for families or couples. Not over crowded. Fantastic snorkeling and reef walks.
If you are after the true Fijian experience without needing all the luxury amenities….you have come here to experience the Fiji islands after all…this is paradise.
We are already booking here for next years…but 3 weeks this time. Well done Hideaway Resort and Spa. A++++
