A great stay with my sister! We had no idea there was the World cheering competition but seeing all the kids was awesome! The staff was amazing at hanging the world load and very pleasant under the conditions!

Great family spring break trip. Really impressed with pool area, lazy river, kids area.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are amazing. However, the pool area during the weekends is out of control. I had an incident where I was being harassed by another guest and I dont feel security had my back. Ended up leaving because I felt unsafe.

You are not supposed to bring your own food or drink to the pool area, but the service was terrible. We sat at a table and ordered food and after 2.5 hours I had to tell our waitress just to cancel it. We sat down at 3 and ended up leaving the hotel entirely at 5:30. Service inside was just as long of a wait. The waitress was still taking people’s orders up to the point we left and never mentioned the wait to them.

Wonderful stay. Comfy, clean room. Nice pool and lazy river! The only surprise and negative was the price difference. The room charge was $600 instead of $475 as stated when I booked. I expected extra fees, but not that much.

This hotel is awesome! The lobby is spectacular and the rooms were really clean. My kids loved the heated pool and lazy river. The restaurants on property had really good food. The food was a little pricier but delicious. Todovos has really good salsa!! Over all we had an amazing trip and I would stay here again! The resort fee and parking will add another $75 to your night each night, so be prepared for that as well.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. My first experience was magnificent, so much so that I returned, but this time the first thing was that they gave me a room that someone else occupied. Then when they gave me the other room, my reservation was for three people, but there was only service for two. We constantly had to ask for towels or to be changed because they didnt even bother to fix the room. On top of that, one of the people running the bar couldnt be rude. It wasnt my best experience, so I dont plan to return.
