I had booked a queen bedroom.. at the check in the person said she is upgrading me to a suite. I thought it would be an upgrade. When I entered the room it had 2 queen size bunk beds.. I had to crawl into the bottom bed.. so horrible. If it wasn’t 11:30 pm in the night when I checked in I would have gone down and demanded another room.. the one I booked based on the photo depiction.
Cleanliness was absent.. towers were threadbare, I found a hair in one of the wash clothes.. hair in the sink. Overall terrible and both worth the 700 bucks I spent for 2 days 2-nights stay.

The outlet in the bathroom did not work. It was Room 21031. I suggest you have your electrician fix it. Had to move into the bedroom in order to finish getting ready.

Our room was definitely not any of the pictures it shows. I don’t usually complain but this was very disappointing. Parking was $80 a day and internet was just ridiculous. Two devices for free but make sure you don’t get kicked off because when you try to get back on it will cost you $14.99 for each additional device. It would be fine but you don’t get any service in the hotel. Our room must not be remodeled because it was bad.

Our room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the self check in and check out so that we didn’t have to stand in line.

Loved the retro vibe of the room. Two minor complaints: Wish the towels were a bit thicker. And the phone in the room didn’t work (when I needed to ask a question of guest services), so I gf as to go to the lobby to get the answer.

Staff were friendly but didn’t seem to have the answers to probably common questions. I would have expected them to be more informed.

Shower was dirty. Room had a bad smell.

They had to scramble to find a room for meeven though I had a reservation, when we got to the room it had not been cleaned and it was 230 in the morning. Someone else had been in the room and their reservation was there. We had to call the front desk 3 times to get someone there to clean it. I spoke to the front desk in the morning and they finally reversed my resort fees but were rude about it. Will never stay there again

Your sports book opens too late. And on Sundays you only had 2 people working. The lines were outrageous. I barely got my bets in.

The linens were fine but bathroom was full of mildew, vinyl floors were filthy, and air ducts were disgusting. After severe complaints and an impending asthma attack, the filters were changed.
No amenities in the room - not even a coffee maker, much less a mini-fridge or microwave. Limited restaurant options.

Staff,however, was friendly.

It was a great stay but the parking was horrible and the traffic due to the race

Horrible area there was a noise all night long. Excessive noise. We couldn’t sleep. Vegas it’s not to sleep we know that. But at least we wanted to sleep 2 or 3 hours before leaving Vegas. ROOM 8071. Please note Room NUMBER
