I was originally given a room that was small/dark and very musty smelling - even had a de-humidifier in the room running. They did switch me to another room that was better but was still musty smelling and very outdated looking.

kudos to the crew , chk in was a breeze. housekeeping attentive to my needs. bell staff also very helpful. unfortunately the room condition is bad. leaking ceiling on the toilet. AC unstable. the room and the carpet smells.The room needed renovation, so as the hallway.

Very spacious, excellent shopping area, short walk to MTR and several good attractions. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

The hotel is at a prime location adjacent to a busy mall. The harbor view room offers great view of the Victoria Harbor. But the room is in need of major upgrade. The decor is very outdated. The hotel is quite noisy. Staff are friendly. Aside from the view and the service, this hotel is at best a four star.

Everything is fine but the rooms needed refurbishment. This building was one of the very 1st hotel in HK although they did refurbishment over the years but it is getting tired, staying there is old habits and convenience for personal reasons.

Facilities are quite old specially the bathroom. Noise coming from above the room in the ceiling even at night.

The front desk staff needs more professional training!

Very satisfying stay to-date for our return to visiting HK since the Pandemic. The hotel is as we remembered it in terms of great location, service and cleanliness. The breakfast buffet is really great too!
They can improve in terms of their electric outlets and provide bigger TVs based on room size.

Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel right in the middle of the Harbor City area. Plenty to do without having to drive anywhere. They provided me with an amazing view up on the Continental Floor. Breakfast always had a nice variety of choices along with the Afternoon Tea and Evening Drinks. The staff and Manager up on that floor was thoughtful and kind during my entire stay. Very welcoming aura. The room service staff kept the room tidy and everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience during our vacation.
