Im in town for a cruise. The hotel is very convenient to the cruise terminal. Several guests walked to the terminal the following day. It is also very convenient for Uber. If in town again. I would stay at this hotel again.

We needed a comfortable place to recharge, relax and reconnect. The service at breakfast was so welcoming and excellent food. Area was quiet too.

Great location! Can watch sea planes from the room. Food was great and Breakfast was free and lovely. Cabs available at the front door.

For our first-time visit to Vancouver, we chose the Pinnacle Harbourfront for - as its name indicates - its proximity overlooking the harbor. The views from the hotel are spectacular. During our stay, we realized that the hotel is close to a number of attractions as well as convenient restaurants overlooking the water. We found the entire hotel staff to be friendly, helpful and very accommodating. In addition the excursions we booked for our trip were all serviced by tour companies that picked us up at the front door of the hotel, and there are cabs there in case you want to visit other parts of the city or travel to/from the airport. This hotel is a little older than some in the area, but it was comfortable and enjoyable for our trip. we would stay here again if in Vancouver.

Great harbor and Mountain View

Very nice hotel friendly staff, excellent food at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet every day and was fantastic.

Perfect location! This was an elegant hotel, great service, and discounted parking with in-and-out privileges.

The big downside? We got a patio room. The room did have a sliding door, which opened to a wall located less than a foot (no exaggeration!) from the door. You can barely get a foot on it, making it useless - you can see the same view without it.

Dont waste your money on the "patio" rooms. Otherwise, great stay!

Each person who served us at Pinnacle was exceptional - Adrian, Candace, Joseph, Wes - all were thoughtful and kind. The breakfasts were excellent, the room clean and comfortable. Will return when possible
