The walls are like paper, you can hear any drop of paper from the next room or their toilet flush. If anyone is doing anything you can hear it. Room is super clear but you cannot really sleep here.

Good value compared to other hotels. Room was a good size and air con was good. Can easily get the bus or train around the city. However the location is not a nice area at all and it was not pleasant to walk around even for 5/10 minutes. They also didnt provide any hand soap which is disappointing

Small room however it served a layover 1 nite purpose wouldnt enjoy staying for week or more need a bit of space cost of rooms in Singapore are expensive so for the money ok

1. This was my fourth stay at this hotel.
2. Good value for money.
3. Helpful and friendly staff.
4. Comfortable room size.

The room and bed were clean. Staff is super nice and helpful, always with a smile. They gave us early check in. Things to know before you book: It’s an ok stay but it’s more like a motel. Room looks nothing like the pictures displayed on the add it was tiny. The building is located at Singapore’s red light district, there’s mostly only prostitution houses around. Having said that we didn’t have any issues or felt unsafe at any moment.

Location not so good, red light district

Small/ hard beds, no fridge, bathroom door not closing (!) water dripping sounds all night, TV not working.

Jimmy at the reception was super helpful. He helped me set up Grab App and provided useful information during my short stay. Thank you!

Room was in good condition. But overall level of hospitality was basic and functional.

The room was clean n comfort, the reception staffs were so helpful. However the insulation was unbelievable, I can hear the room upstairs flush toilet ,or any time used shower or basin ,first night I though someone was in my bathroom .
