If youre staying on the 8th floor, dont expect a shower—expect a gentle motivational mist. The water pressure was so low I started wondering if the water had to stop for coffee before making it to my room. It took forever to rinse off, and by the end I wasnt sure if Id actually showered or just stood in a humid bathroom for 20 minutes.

The room also wasnt as clean as it should have been, which didnt make for a very welcoming first impression. To top it off, the bed felt like it had faithfully served guests for several decades and was ready for retirement. A good nights sleep was simply not happening.

Breakfast was perfectly fine, but unfortunately it arrived after a night of tossing and turning and a shower that tested my patience more than my hygiene. By then, the damage was done. Its hard to enjoy your morning coffee when youve already spent the morning negotiating with a showerhead that seemed determined to conserve every last drop.

Overall, I left feeling less refreshed than when I arrived, which is probably the opposite of what a hotel stay is supposed to accomplish.

Well not all Embassy Suites are the same in quality apparently. From the Hilton brand you should be able to expect the same level of quality no matter where you are. We have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suites because it is normally reliable in quality. The onsite parking costs $69 at this location and then there is very little parking so if you get there late you might not even get a spot. If you’re in anything bigger than a compact car it’s even worse. It took us 45 minutes to get parked because there were no spaces big enough for our rented mini van. Eventually we unloaded and then went and wedged into a corner spot that only the driver could get out of. In the room, it was much lower quality than other locations. The toilet did not flush so we had to change rooms. The AC in both rooms barely worked, it was a hot night. Everything just looked run down. There was a light switch that had black all over it and black on the wall over it from peoples hands. The breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel Hilton or not. The fresh fruit was apples, the omelet was paper thin and crunchy. I threw it away after 1 bite. This is so disappointing because their Embassy Suites breakfast is one of the main reasons our family of 5 stay there. I’m sorry that we decided to stay there as it definitely didn’t cost less than the Embassy Suites in Albuquerque where we stayed 2 nights before and had a great experience. Hilton needs to take a look at this property. We won’t be back!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport North, and it was a wonderful part of our trip. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent, especially the spacious common areas, complimentary breakfast, and relaxing evening reception, which added great value to our stay.

Our suite was roomy, quiet, and incredibly cozy. The beds were comfortable, the living area gave our family plenty of space to unwind, and everything was spotless and well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home after busy days exploring Los Angeles.

The customer service was outstanding. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making check-in quick and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. One of the most memorable touches was the robot that delivered snacks, food, and extra towels directly to our room. It was efficient, fun, and a huge hit with the whole family!

The only downside was the parking, which was quite expensive compared to many other hotels. Even so, the excellent accommodations, amenities, and exceptional service more than made up for it.

This was a great family trip for all of us, and we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
