Staff is perfect. The food was good just the same thing every meal. Sometimes cold. I wanted to add a guest and was charged a lot more than I thought. The Montego bay resort guest are not allowed on the palace beach. Reminded me of Jim Crow it wasnt a good feeling when I was told I to leave the beach. Other than than everything else was good. Staff is excellent. Night life was good. Just wanted more reggae music vibes. But I enjoyed the music that was. I give this place a thumbs up.

The staff was completely unfriendly. The check-in process took quite a long time.
The properties Common areas were not very clean.
The food was mostly good. However, quite often it was cold and dried out on the buffet. I would not visit this property again

Everything was perfect , except the villas were too far from the lobby and dining area. The villas need elevators

Very clean !! Very friendly great stay

Great stay overall! The resort was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely consider coming back.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful, and the food was fantastic. Although the bed was a bit on the hard side, I did sleep well. The beach was great.

The beach was beautiful along with all of the pools. I did get a massage and Brianna did an amazing job. The buffet was not for me, but I did enjoy the Kulinarium restaurant and the steakhouse. The room was clean and in a great location. I would stay at this location again plus the staff was really nice.

Loved that it was hot water... they dont have a shuttle but they were able to get me a taxi for pickup and drop off for the airport. Only complaint was with unlimited drinks they need better maps I got lost twice for my room lol!

All-inclusive fun! So beautiful. Lovely atmosphere and
