My family liked the resort facilities and the fact that this was a actual DIsney resort with the benefits of staying at such a site. We felt a good value for what we paid.

The hotel is beautiful. The pool is amazing. The restaurants are amazing and the location is amazing. However, I booked a room for 5 people and paid over 200 plus for the 5th person. On arrival, the room had 2 small double beds. Hardly big enough for 3 people. Nocouch or extra space. The hotel also charged me 40 dollars a night for a resory fee and 36 dollars a night fee for self-parking. Felt like extortion when the rooms are already expensive and the self parking is far away.

Super convenient location for Hollywood studios and Epcot, 5 min by boat or 10 min walk. The hotel is a beautiful property and super family friendly, I would definitely book again given its so much more affordable than the other Disney properties.

Check in was fast and friendly. The only thing that can be improved is the luggage delivery to the room; it took almost a hour the get it.

Loved the chandelier in the lobby and choice of restaurants. Could have spent a whole day just in the pool area. Easy access to local attractions on the boat or shuttles, or even walking. Booked a double queen room and the beds were TINY for two adults. Not great nights sleep as such.

Very nice hotel with easy access to parks. Customer services always amazimg.

Amazing!

The tv did not work in our room but went to the front desk and they accommodated us with another room. The hallway was very noisy with kids running up and down the hall.
