Great location. Value for money. Comfy Bed, easy access with basement parking

Friendly reception staff, great amenities, especially the sauna and spa. A little bit disappointed that we werent told about the construction works on the floor above us.
We had to evacuate the apartment during the day, as the jack hammer and hammering was brain splitting.

It was not specified anywhere that the property was a self serviced apartment. When asked for fresh towels and dental kits the receptionist informed me that they don’t provide anything like that. The property however was situated at a nice location which made it convenient for travelling to the CBD

Great location. Only a 10 minute walk to cavil Avenue and 100 meters to the beach. Pool, gym, spa and sauna 👍

Nicely kept, a distance from most shops and restaurants, easy with local transit

Parking was a big issue. No designated parking given to each booking. Sometimes could notnfindnparking when returned bacl to hotel after 7pm. Had to come back hotel early to ensure available parking. Easy eay to solve problem is to allocate parking bay to each hotel stayer so those that have two cars cannot take other stayers parking.

Also.despite two lifts operating had to wait a long time for lift to reach level. Would squash into a full lift as not sure when next lift would come.

Room itself was comfortabke and adequate. However due to above two reasons would rather not stay again.

Me and my two boys stayed at Artique and we enjoyed the view of ocean. The property was really good with two balconies an amazing city view too .

Property in a good location and nice pool area but rooms are tired with things like the sofa covered in stains. Only two lifts for 30 floors so long waits when busy or one lift is out! Several times arriving back late no parking available in the underground car park. Reception team were very nice and super helpful.

Drainage in the bathroom was terrible. Water constantly leaking from a closed space in the bathroom. The lifts are not communicating which meant that often you were watching them go past your floor several times before one came for you. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

The lifts in this property are not enough for the high season occupancy. There are two lifts and for the first half of the stay one of them was out of order.
When it was repaired it still wasnt enough to keep up with the traffic.
