Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! The room is huge and has all the amenities. Service by the staff was excellent especially the bell boy Lap. He was extremely friendly and helpful! He has a great sense of humour and is a great asset to the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City!

The staff is very helpful and great.

This place was amazing, very clean and nice. The hotel staff was very polite and welcoming. We will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us stay at this fabulous place. I will recommend to everyone!

We recently stayed at the Sherwood Residence. The facility itself is lovely—well-maintained, comfortable, and clean.
Unfortunately, our stay was cut short when my child fell ill, and we had to depart three days early. While Hotels.com was incredibly supportive and tried to work with the property to secure a partial refund or credit for the unused nights, the management at Sherwood Residence flatly refused to cooperate.
It is incredibly disappointing when a highly recommended establishment shows zero empathy or flexibility during a genuine family medical emergency. Due to this complete lack of customer care, we will not be returning.

Old facilities but very nicer personal and service minded.

We stayed overnight after an overseas family trip. The hotel and room were clean, professional, and easy to check into. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free, making it a great place to rest after a long journey.

Excellent place. Spacious apt. Wonderful employees

Will recommend to my friends

I’ve stayed at Sherwood Residence several times now (every time I come to town). The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is perfect to get around, especially near multiple parks. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Anything I needed for the room, they provided within the hour. It’s a perfect accommodation for my family and I look forward to coming back!

Family friendly, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean.
