Great location for all the shopping and eating.

Clean, good sized room. Staff very friendly, free popcorn by the pool for the kids. Good pool, not too deep for the kids to play in. Simple breakfast but high quality.

Fantastic breakfast frindly helpful staff. Not so great expensive restaurants.

Surprised to find a kitchenette in the room with a good sized refrigerator, stove, coffee pot, and dishes.
the breakfast area was separated into two separate buildings next to each other with a coffee machine that did not work very well. TOO MANY children running about

Exellent location, great pool, very helpful and kind staff.

Pros

- Staff is always smiling and service minded

- Comfortable beds with large tv and premium channels

- Gym is superb for a hotel!
Tidy, clean and always stocked with water/towels
Equipment is mostly high quality

- Hotel location makes any excursion easy

Cons

- Rooms have decent wall insulation but no avail, as you can hear everything from the hallway.
(Inexpensive fix if management is reading this)

- No one is monitoring the pool. Therefore kids do as they please and it’s near impossible to have a peaceful swim. Mind that kids also have their own pool.

- Rooms could be a little cleaner. Window in the bathroom is basically gray

But overall a great experience!

😃

At the last night, there are a thunder makes my room electricity suspend and whole room light keep flashing over half hours
We called the maintenance, after 30 mins they come to fix it.
Knowing that this is natural accident and makes me annoying can’t sleep at night but the staff are well helping us to fix this, thank you!

All staff are very kind and friendly.I enjoyed healthy Thai food breakfast.

location good, other than that average
