Room was lovely and pool area was nice to relax after a long flight. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of cuisines and was reasonably priced. Airport shuttle is unreliable as although it is marketed as ‘hop on’ it requires pre-booking before arrival at the airport. Despite reaching out to the property on hotels.com and emailing the front desk I was unable to arrange this and ended up having to pay for a Taxi. Similar situation for the shuttle back to the airport, despite booking over 24 hours in advance the shuttle was 30 minutes late and arrived very full so had to be completely repacked to fit the luggage in despite us ‘pre-booking’ spaces for it. Staff were extremely helpful once we notified them it had not arrived but be careful relying on the shuttle for transport and leave plenty of time before your departure!!

Nice location. Lots of dining and shopping options.

Moxy Putrajaya is a great choice if you need to stay in this area in Malaysia. You can easily access the IOI City mall from the hotel which is great if you want a lot of dinner options or go shopping. The staff is nice and the breakfast is ok. The rooms are small and cozy, with a modern more Scandinavian look. I like the clean design and the cleanliness of the rooms. Wooden floors and tiles on the bathroom makes the rooms easy to clean, which shows since it always looks clean after the cleaning staff have been there. Will definitely choose this hotel again next time I go to Putraja

Hotel was very nice. Location was excellent.

Overall i like the hotel, the bed and pillows was good, the only thing that i dont like is the wet floor after shower. The water went out from the shower area and made the bathroom floor all wet.

Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly staff and just near to the mall.

Hotel is connected to IOI Mall

Excellent rooms, clean and modern. Plus it is near to mall.

I had a wonderful three-day stay here. I loved the hotel’s atmosphere and décor, and the room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The location is a huge plus since it’s connected to IOI City Mall, super convenient! Definitely worth checking out ^.^

Nice and comfy room. Attentive staff and plenty of .akan options.
