Everyone at the front desk, the housekeeping team, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived, and their warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and left with great memories. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so pleasant!

The airport bus stops right outside the hotel, which was very convenient.

Good spot!

Clean room but we didn’t appreciate that during our stay, the air conditioner didn’t work and no one let us know until we got to the room and complaint that the room is hot. they brought us a fan but it was still hot. For the amount of money we paid for the room, we feel that service could have been better. Not all the staff speak English which made it even harder. One great thing is that they do leave you a basket of towels and water every day which I thought was great

Location is excellent, really close to the metro. Unfortunately a hair scrunchie was found underneath a pillow so that doesn’t bode well for cleanliness.
Convenience store located underneath hotel, which starts on the second floor of the building.
Gym was OK, pretty small considering the number of rooms in the hotel but having said that, the treadmill was always available when I went. It was also the off season for tourists so may get very busy in the on season.
Overall a decent hotel for the price but nothing special

Clean room, friendly staff, very convenient location

Their description on hotels.com need to be revised. It said there was laundry facilities but when I went to ask what floor the washers/dryers were, I was told they did not have any. Having laundry facilities was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel so that was super disappointing. The building is an older building so you can really hear everything, like if someone was in the shower, or if someone rolled their luggages in the hallway. The furniture and walls were old as you can tell from the scratches, cracks, and chipped paint. Location was good though, so close to Euljiro 4 exit 10 subway (it had an escalator - convenient after a long travel) and walking distance of 2 other subway stops with major line transfers. Also walking distance of MyeongDong.

Location is marginal

Friendly service. Awesome location to stations and they let us store suitcases so we can go shopping after check-out. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable place to rest.
