Excellent place and ultimately helpful staff and management .

First time staying at this hotel and would go back again and recommend. The hotel was well maintained and clean. I was pleased with my room, the staff was responsive and professional. Great overall experience!

It was just what we needed for a night in Midtown & attend a concert @ MSG. My 2nd time staying @ this location. I will book this hotel in the future no question.

After a 15 hour train ride (in coach) into Penn Station, finding a relaxing & affordable room nearby felt like a miracle.
Large hot shower with good water pressure, giant squishy bed, fluffy pillows, easy to use LED mood lighting and a great view from my room on the 23rd floor... and a in room mini gym (what?)

Bonus points for being a block away from B&H (I needed film!)

We visit MSG frequently for concerts and the location/amenities and ease of parking make this our top hotel choice.

Clean,quiet and very pleasant.

I continue to prioritize staying here when I come to NY. Now, I do look for the times when the nightly rate is more in my budget (it can be pricey!) The easy walk from Penn Station, the yoga mat in the room, the windows that you can crack open -all my favorite things!

Great location, clean rooms, comfortable bed with blackout curtains to sleep in.

Clean room, helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

All the treadmill wasn’t working I went to the gym. Plus no response to a hotel.com question about staying an extra night. I amglad I didn’t stay get an extra night. I would not stay there again.
