Room was excellent. Glass cups, no cardboard!! :)
Getting there is a bit of a challenge as driving in Montreal is not for the weak heated . But once there, its fabulous! Recommend "Joe Beef" for dinner.

Great stay. It will be on my list for future visits.

The was an event or something the day we arrived and it was gridlock traffic with no option at all to get to our hotel. All roads were completely closed and blocked off and when we asked they said it won’t reopen for a few more hours and that we would have to park somewhere far and walk around when it would be open again. All we wanted to do was get to our hotel and check in. Would be great to have a disclaimer or an update to us that we would have difficulties driving to our hotel and finding parking. When we finally arrived we were told by front staff no parking and only gave us one option of places to park but turns out there were multiple options nearby as well.

Excellent location and beautiful interiors. The decor in the lobby and breakfast space is stylish and welcoming. The rooms themselves are impressive—spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with high qaulity appliances (TV, Dyson hair dryer). The staff were very polite, always greeting us warmly throughout our stay.

Very helpful staff

Excellent location, very modern property and super helfpul staff. Easy walk to old town. Very safe.

We had read a number of positive reviews, but our experience still exceeded our expectations. The facility and rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was great, and staff went above and beyond to help us out.

Great staff, clean room, the location is near to everything. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible staff and horrible hotel
I was denied access to my room because I did not have a credit card on me
Despite the fact that I already paid my room on Hotels.com. They refused to propose an other solution to me and kept all my money leaving me with nothing. They were rude as hell and did not try a smile or a courtesy.

Hotel was clean and basic, great area of town Some of the front staff was super helpful and a few not so much. Asked what time breakfast was served till and she couldn’t give me an answer. Stated I would have to come down to see because she couldn’t see. Around the corner. Really ….
