This was our sixth stay at the Windsor. We love the old world charm and elegance and you cannot fault the level of excellent service provided by all the staff. Well be back.

Everything was awesome. Location close to tram into city, service was excellent, Cricketers Bar was a favourite, and great for a quick snack or meal. Checkin quick and efficient and the porter was helpful and quick. Enjoyed a complementary bottle of wine courtesy of Silver status with Hotels.com and the hotel also gave us complementary bottle each of still and sparkling water. Clean and comfortable.

Lovely atmosphere, great service, very comfortable, convenient spot.

Great location and a charming old style hotel. Easy to travel to from the airport using the sky bus and free tram.

I always find the Hotel Windsor the place for me to stay while on travelling trip. This place has rich historical features to show about this heritage place, also every access to go where I go and come back to stay regularly

3 night Melbourne stay.Room upgraded on arrival and we were allowed to get room early. Lovely building and surrounds. Only negative if you have room above you it is very noisy with footfalls and creaking.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Windsor for 2 nights. Very quiet and comfortable bed. Appreciated the large room.
Had a very luxurious stay and enjoyed drinks in the cricketers bar, beautiful breakfast and memorable high tea. Would definitely recommend

Old world upmarket charm, welcome staff open door and guide you to where you require service. Reception staff member let the establishment down by being non-commital about check-in, did not make eye contact and didn’t remember us when we returned shortly after to collect room key, after sitting in front of her for 40 minutes. Smell of strong chemical in passageway leading to our room. Strong chemical cleaning smell in bathroom which created a headache. Very noisy room facing on Bourke Street directly above where the trams stopped and started plus two drinking establishments across the road with sound from customers being heard in room. Breakfast service staff were friendly and promptly attended pleasantly to guests. Service staff going about there business generally smiled with a greeting. I love the staircase and the architectural features of the hotel. The Hotel is very convenient to public transport and walkable to gardens, museum, restaurants and retail. Very slow check-out process.
