Excellent room condition and super friendly staff with bright smiles! Manager Tuk was especially sophisticated and professional. Spent 4days here and would absolutely love to come back.

excellent housekeeping, excellent attention to guests, very nice pools.

great beach

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! It definitely made the 27-hour flight worth it. The hotel was always spotless, and the staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. The food was amazing every time, and the pools were so much fun and always very clean. Traveling with my family made the experience even more special, and this hotel made our trip unforgettable. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Amazing resort, a gorgeous location that feels so secluded but never bored of something to do. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet for the little time you end up spending in them. Great choice of restaurants and bars, different options every night for a 7 night stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a few issues on checking in at the start of our holiday, room only being ready quite late in the evening but the front desk and management were very helpful in response. Would definitely go back, in a heartbeat.

Plenty of food options that are reasonably priced. 3 pool areas though we liked the quieter one at the back of the property. The snorkeling was good by Thailand standards, though the hotel gives guests shoes to just walk over corals. So you have to swim out 50m to see interesting stuff thats not been trampled or bashed by boats. Negative is that the dont stop outsiders from entering the pools and using the sun loungers. I saw multiple back packers arrive on scooters access the hotel from the beach and grab a towel and use up the hotel sun loungers. There is a security guard but he seems to be just for show. The hotel really needs wristbands to stop this. Not to sound snobbish but when you are paying £400-600 a night you dont expect non guests to be using the facilities.

We traveled as a family of four with our 11- and 8-year-olds and stayed at the resort for four days. The kids had a fantastic time, snorkeling and kayaking at the beach, foam party in the family pool. The hotel organizes plenty of activities and there’s a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort is located on a hill, so we used Grab to get to Patong Beach. Overall, we definitely recommend this resort for families!

Room bathroom was not very clean. Shower had molds. But rest of room and hotel was clean. Food was good.

Amazing experience for our family stay. Staff are super helpful and professional.
