Although we didn’t have any children there, it looked like a very family friendly place where I would love to take my grandchildren one day

This hotel was fine, but leaking faucets, broken door locks, slow service, and limited dining (3 restaurants on site, but only one is open at certain times) kept it from being a luxury experience.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, i have to point out a few things. First, the Hotel is rated as a 5 start hotel, but it is more of a 4 star, in my opinion. It is very overpriced for what it offers. Crowded restaurants (only 1 option for the fullboard/all inclusive service), they had a problem with one of the two elevators on the Central Wing, so a LOT of wait time just to use the elevator. Only 1 pool, and no indoor or heated option (you have to pay extra to use the spa pool). Front desk staff didn’t help much on check in and did not explain how the full board system worked, and did not give all the information about hotel amenities. The hotel was super busy because of a conference and the restaurants were super full and did not accommodate all guests. The room was great (deluxe with ocean view), with an incredible view and very modern and clean. Sometimes, there was a light smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, but nothing major. In the end, we enjoyed our stay but it is DEFINITELY OVERPRI

Beautiful property and beautiful beach to walk around. Views from the patio to the pool area/ocean were incredible. It truly was paradise. The only reason I did 4 stars instead of 5 was there’s not much to do during the week. The list of things to do states casino. We get there and we’re told it’s only open Friday and Saturday. That was misleading. Also it says golf course but it’s not part of them. Also misleading. Only one of the two restaurants is open during the week as well and there’s really no options to choose from there. Finally, I would like to see a hot tub. That was a disappointment
