We will definitely stay here again. Location is everything in NYC. It is so close to 3 different subways that we can hop on and off. We were on the 22nd floor. I see some people complain about the slow elevator . There are 5 elevators and we didnt have a single problem getting up and down. It went super fast. Our room is a studio with a kitchenette that we did not use. It has a refrigerator microwave sink and even utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker. Our room is super clean, bathroom sink is a little small but manageable. Its a rare find to have a hotel that includes a full continental hot breakfast. Sausages, eggs, potatoes, waffle, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal and more. Hotel also hold luggages for us. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Perfect location and Staff team

this hotel has a GREAT localization, breakfast is great with fruits, breads and waffle machine (basement floor) ... our stay was very good there, you should try too!

The hotel is okey. Location excelent

This hotel is great! Conveniently located! Great staff! Only note is that I could not get the AC as cold as I like it. But, I like it really chilly. 😊

This was a great place to stay and be that close to Times Square.

Its New York City, so the room was tiny, but clean. It was a great location. The facilities outside the room where basic. The biggest issue was they were renovating the lobby and it was tiny. We were packed in there trying to check in, walking through to the elevator, and the continental breakfast was crazy - nowhere to sit and constantly out of food. It was a bit overwhelming. Im not sure I would stay here again, maybe once the revisions are complete.

great price and service for the area you are in, definitely recommend! Would come again

Construction put a slight negative on my trip, but the hotel was clean, spacious and very well priced. I would stay here again.

Took my daughter to New York for her 8th grade graduation present. The hotel is perfectly located in times square. Walking distance to everything in that area. The elevator can b a little frustrating as it is all digital and there could be a long wait with multiple people going to different floors and only certain elevators being available. 1 of the elevators was down during our stay. I didnt interact with staff much, other than check in but they were friendly. The room was clean and had a good amount of amenities for such a small room. If I were going to a Broadway show or anywhere in Times Square, I would stay here again.
