The floor was dusty in the curtain areas that is not easily reachable (i.e. behind the bench where the curtain is). There was dust floating around mid air when I used the hair dryer in the washroom area.

The elevators were painfully slow. Often result in long queue waiting for it to come to your floor.

Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. There are storage lockers available for the hotel guests which is convenient if you need to leave your luggage behind for a few hours after checking out.

Location is convenient and the roads are quite flat so wheeling your suitcases to the hotel is not an issue.

Stylish rooms, perfect location, friendly staff.

Customer services looks good but really bad, not match with 4 start hotel. Very bad experience.

Pleasantly surprised by how perfect this was

Hotel was clean and central to the bus, train and airport limousine stations. There’s also a GS25 convenience store in the same building which is nice. Only qualm is the elevators can be slow at times.

It was a surprisingly nice hotel. Clean friendly and beside a small shopping mall and train station

Good

I recently stayed here for 7 nights and the hotel was nice to come back to after our long days out. The rooms were clean and had lots of amenities, but the bedding and towels were pretty rough on our skins and left our hands feeling dry by the end of our trip. There was a convenience store on the first basement floor with an ATM, which was very convenient for us. The area had many restaurants and cafes nearby. I would see myself coming back by the staff were also attentive and accommodating!

Great location- close to bus and subway.
There is a duty free and mall next door
There is a small gym for those who likes to exercise with a good view but have to pay to use the pool - which is not worth it
