The room was super clean and well stocked with some needed items, also the staff was super helpful, supportive and friendly.

The service here was amazing. We did a room transfer and it was the easiest transition ever. The pools had variety. The rooms were clean. Whenever you needed something they were always a call or text away. So easy and convenient.

Even though our Tower was undergoing renovations it wasnt disruptive or noisy. Lots for young kids to do on the premises. Many activities daily/weekly. The resort would promptly attend to our needs with a follow-up to ensure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. Rooms are spacious and private. Elevators were extremely fast. Overall a memorable vacation with our kids and grand kids. Would recommend and go back.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean and spacious. We will be back for sure.

The resort itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The stay was overall wonderful. My only complaint is, once I checked in, they sent me to another counter where I was told that the resort was hosting a meet up where they wanted to know from guests how the stay, room, grounds, and amenities were. If you attended and gave your feedback, you would get what you paid for your stay back. Well, that “meeting” was a 2 hour sales pitch to buy in like a timeshare. This caught us by surprise and made us very uncomfortable. We would definitely stay at the resort again, but would be much more cognizant of anything they try to sell us or get us to attend.

Very clean and staff very nice and helpful. Beautiful property.

The staff were very friendly! Hassen was fantastic and able to meet some of our accommodations! Amenities were amazing! Activities were awesome! The only issue were the gnats in the kitchen when we first got to the room.

Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel was incredible. Our room was big and very clean. The pool area has a lof of chairs for people to sit. The service everywhere was excellent. We will go back without a doubt.
