Vienna House by Wyndham is our go-to hotel in Krakow. The staff is helpful and friendly, the restaurant is well-supplied, and you cant beat the location next to Kraków Główny railroad hub.

Very lovely hotel from the staff to the room the sauna and gym is great also very nice place will definitely come again.

The overall performance rating is good. Good location and convenience for public transportation. Very good catering experience and services.

Brilliant location, for a short walk down into the old town, the shopping mall and train station on your doorstep for airport and Auschwitz travel, and lots of tram stops outside which we used for an event at the Tauron arena. Nice bar for drinks and good breakfast.

The location is perfect, especially if you expect to be using any rail travel as it is only 5 minutes walk from the main station. train in from the airport is easy. Also on the edge of the Old town which is all walkable. Main tram lines pass nearby. Breakfast was excellent, perhaps a bit more variety would be required for longer stays. An excellent modern hotel.

The hotel overall was good, and we enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and the bed definitely comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the location was wonderful - just across from the train station and a short walk from the old town and market.

Lovely hotel well situated for the main railway station and the sights of Krakow. Hotel is modern and well kept. Breakfast was typical of european mainland breakfasts. A few hot options and plenty continental style choice. Perfectly adequate and decent quality.

We would definitely stay here again if we return to the city in the future.
