Although this hotel is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it due to its location and close proximity to the Eiffel Tower (literally across the street!) and lots of dining options nearby.
My husband and I loved staying here. The staff was very helpful, the facilities were clean, our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit, expensive.

I only have two complaints:
1- the AC in our room didn’t seem to cool our room, even at the lowest setting possible, so we had to keep our window open to keep cool.
2- the window in our room look like it had black mold all over the bottom. We didn’t address this to the hotel because by the time we got to our room, we were too tired to let anyone know or to complain about it.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, very quiet, and the bed and pillows comfortable. They provided memory foam and regular pillows. I chose it because of its proximity and that my tour left from this hotel. Room service food was very good. Staff very nice.

The rooms need to be upgraded (carpet) The water was always warm.

I like how it was close to the Eiffel Tower and restaurants options was perfect.

We were luck enough to book a room that has the Eiffel Tower view which is magical but the room is not that big and the service was non existent. We ordered bath towels but No one bother to bring them.

Excelent service

Our stay was excellent! Great view of tower, walkable to many dining and entertainment options. Staff was friendly and helpful. They hold your luggage when you arrive before check in and after if you have a later flight. Our stay made NYE weekend magical and we would definitely stay again!

Really did enjoy stay @ the Pullman. We were there early but the Management Team made the impossible to get us a beautiful room. Kouadio front desk & Mehenite breafast buffet were very accomodating. Will definitely recommend!!!
