Slow lifts and very few pool chairs & umbrellas are the big disappointments with this hotel. Otherwise it’s lovely.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location and the rooms were spacious. Only downside was the towels seemed old and had an odor to them. The dryer also wasnt drying our clothes so we had to hang dry everything.

The hotel itself has all the conveniences you’d want. BTS station is so close. Connected to a mall. Lots of food all around. Very easy to get around!

The breakfast buffet is actually really good! Loved the varying selections.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom river view. The bonus here was not realizing it was a wrap around terrace. So nice to have different views. However, when it rains your balcony is soaked.

The room itself is pretty plain but the AC is cold and there’s a ton of space to move around. Shower pressure is just ok but the hot water feels nice.

The surrounding area some would describe as less than ideal. But we never felt unsafe, even at night.

The hotel staff is wonderful. They are very helpful and very kind! What stood out was anticipating anything we’d need and getting it done before we asked.

Amazing staff, always there and wanting to help. The rooms are huge, a massive plus for our family with a toddler. Kitchen amenities in the room were great, room made up every day. Fantastic. Only downside is that we couldnt stay longer!

Disappointing stay. Poor breakfast buffet. No business center. Room and bed were comfortable, but AC did not reduce much the humidity. There is a washing machine in the basement. For a similar price in retrospective I would consider Shangri-La next door, where i had a nice dinner.

The location is very convenient to public transport, food and shopping. I love the rooms in the upper floor. The renovated pool area is great and invites to relax. The breakfast ist unbeatable and the staff very friendly and helpfull.

Great hotel and great staff.

Everything is perfect and the staff is really fun and helpful

We love this hotel. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, big rooms, great pool. This is a wonderful hotel. We will always stay here

Staff is courteous and helpful. Room is nice and spacious. I have all amenities that I need. Bed and pillow are comfortable.
