Convenient to domestic terminal

Staff are helpful and accomodating! I have a good stay! My room is okey for one person. I will stay again in the future.

Not good especially in the daytime, yet it was only 7 am, not cooling enough. We wish we could adjust the thermostat from our room.
Our BR sink was draining so slow, sink soap dispenser not dispensing, empty or out of order.
Otherwise, staff were respectful & receptive to the complaints.

Air conditioning was good

My room dont have hot water to make shower.
Its impossible to stop the air conditionner and its too strong

The staff were accommodating and respectful, however, the room I got was dirty. There were dirty towels left under the sink , the room was dusty , and there was no hot water for showers. I expected at least top rate cleanliness and basic hot water for showers for the amount of money I paid ($114) for a few hours stay.

Great stay very comfortable and it’s a stone throw away from their international airport

The proximity to the arrival/departure of the airport is my number one reason for this decision. I always have great experiences with this hotel. I love the staff, they are always polite, helpful, and cheerful (even guards).
I find the room always clean.
It is a small room but this is a microtel not the same as those regular-sized hotels so I rate this accordingly.
Recently my room had AC not cooling properly and TV was unplugged, that made me sad. But It was recognized, they made me feel valued as a regular customer in the end.
Way to go 🙏😁
See you soon.

Checked in late. Only stayed only 12 hours. Air-conditioning was so-so. No hot water in my room. The twin bed I was sleeping in was too small. The back board wall and foot wall were right on head and foot of the bed. Needless to say, at 511" I had to sleep on a angle or my head and feet would hit the bed board and wall. The staff did what they could to accommodate me by letting me use another room to take a shower. This hotel is good in a tight pinch or for a quick nap. As long and you are on the smaller side

Small room and AC is not controllable so was very cold in the room
