Receptionist was efficient enough but very unfriendly. We didn’t feel welcome. There was a large, v noisy, dehumidifier set up outside our room with lots of cables and a large wheelie bin. It was on non-stop for the first 24 hours of our stay so we got no rest the 1st night. The room itself had a lot of peeling/bubbling paint and damp spots on the carpet. Obviously water damage and I have no idea why they decided to accommodate guests in such a room. We paid extra for an ocean view. While we could see the ocean from a certain part of the balcony, the majority of our view was of a construction site. Bold of them to charge extra for that “view”. The express checkout box is misplaced. It should be at the exit to the car park itself, so people can get into and out of the car park without retaining a key. We had a good time on our mini-break but we didn’t have a good stay here unfortunately. I expect better from a Mantra.

Adequate accommodation if youre on a budget, but hotel is a bit old and tired and could certain use a refresh. If youre a light sleeper avoid rooms with even numbers - that side of the building is directly above an open air beach club which is open late.

this property, I kill 1 to 2 cockroach each day on my hotel desk, with my kids food. out of 1 day, we got no water supply, how would you want me to come back and go to any mantra out of the world? and we got no drink water supply from the lobby 1 day? Is such a shame. No more mantra or you can offer us something?
