Review on this hotel from a family of 4 having a family vacation in Hong Kong.

The hotel is clean and we love it overall.

The hotel is located right next to bus stops and we had great experience in getting to the hotel riding a direct bus from and back to the airport, and easily reach to many popular places in Kowloon and HK Island.

We also love the 3 beds room as we have a family of 4.

There are many great local restaurants and convinence store around and just few minutes of walking time away.

We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are back to Hong Kong again.

This is value for money, dont expect it to be perfect. The staff is truly amazing and very helpful on another level. The hotel has clearly seen its best days and is undergoing renovation. My room was spacious with a spacious good bed but the rest was falling apart. A big advantage of the hotel is the floors that are not carpeted and therefore clean and not smelling of mould.

Rooms are a little old but clean. Free WiFi available in rooms.Hotel Shuttle service to the airport is chargeable but there’s a bus stop directly in front of the hotel where the airport bus stops and it is cheaper.

The hotel was really normal of serving the purpose of staying. However, the hotel was relatively old, compared with other hotels.

overall, it is a good hotel.

Good location..Average facilities

This hotel is very old. Some upper floors rooms had been renewed but it’s still worn out and the rooms are very small with strongly smell of cigarette. The older rooms are bigger but very old and worn out, showers they still use old curtains and water will splash everywhere. The bar and restaurant are very expensive in this hotel. There’s only so much the reception staff’s can do..as this hotel is literally worn out. Also it was not cheap, had to pay £92 for a smelly cigarette small room. The MTR is 15 minutes walk away, very inconvenient as you have to catch a bus there or walk 15 mins. I will never stay in this hotel again.

nothing provided, no shower cap, no tooth paste. Just tooth-tablet, how can you brush the teeth with this silly tablets. The hotel is just taking advantage on residents by depriving all the necessary supplies. All the hotel restaurant closed at early hours. They take all the necessary supplies because of environmentally friendly, why is smoking allowed in front of the hotel entrance?

Dated hotel that needs renovation, staff is not very helpful, can loss patience easily, shower curtain with some moldy spots.
Close to restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets

The staff upgraded me to a bigger room. It’s spacious. The view of the river is nice as well. Free breakfast as promotion enhances my experience as well.
