No air con until June , the bathroom all the stuffs too old ! the shower box is very small , even cant turn around at all , need upgrade ASAP！

Hotels location is AMAZING. It is very clean and rooms are perfect for a couple of nights (we stayed 3). The pillows are not the best, but matres is perfect and helps you have a nice sleep after walking all day in Rome

It was a really good location, as it’s close to the termini train station as well as walking distance to all main tourist attraction and food places.
The hotel rooms feel very much dated and breakfast was ok. The hotel overall is ok, service is adequate, they didn’t have AC on as according to staff it wasn’t summer but it was 29degrees outside.. the room without AC on was a bit difficult to sleep in. I would go back to the hotel due to location.

The hotel experience overall was ok. Very basic service and food nothing really special. What is deceiving is that the pictures looks much better than reality.

Very central and spacious and clean. Good tv channels. Quiet family room. No disturbance.
Breakfast very poor. Nearly all the food was long life with very little fresh produce ie pastries not freshly made, fruit was canned, juice was not fresh! Staff ok but not friendly or engaging. Hotel a bit run down. Could do so much more. I was disappointed as we got married there over a decade ago.

+ generally a good breakfast although I miss fresh coffee, healthier alternatives (there was eg. no healthy yoghurt and only processed bread, I also got one slice with mold…)
+ cozy room and the hotel is close to bus stop
+ good and friendly service


- the light in the corridor shone through in to the room so we had to baricade the end of the door with pillows to make the room less lit
- lots of ants in our room
- no ac

This is a wonderful historic hotel (Puccini and Verdi stayed here), perfectly located, with a delightful but not expensive restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for seven nights. Staff is cheerful and ready to assist. Breakfast (included) was outstanding. Overall, an outstanding value! This is now our go to hotel in Rome, and we have already booked another stay.

Location is excellent! Not as luxurious as it once was.

Very good location. In the middle of everything. Lovely classic hotel thats just my type. The antique elevator is fun (but can be problem at times if someone else doesnt close the doors).

Biggest problem.is the inadequate AC. Despite being set at lowest 18⁰ it was still unbearably hot. I had to keep wondows open and strip to bare minimum, and its only early March.

If the AC issue can be addressed, it would be a perfect stay.
