Beautiful hotel, great location, great breakfast, be aware of your room selection. The front desk staff is inefficient and requires a lot of patience.

Nice old hotel in walking distance to everything. Staff great. Complimentary breakfast delicious. On property restaurant/bar great. Room comfortable. Room did smell of cigarette smoke, said something to bellhop, he wanted to bring perfume. We think it was emitting from drapes as though someone smoking out the window. Shower small, wouldnt of worked if we were big people. Hair dryer (pic attached) out of date. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel and gardens, gardens had little biting bugs when we visited for drinks and dinner. Also, our room had ants from leftover food in our room on our dresser.

We stayed here to visit tourist sites in Rome. It was well situated for some restaurants and about 15-20 minute walk to historical tours. The service was not ideal, we were unable to get a taxi because the line for the front desk to call taxis was so long and check-in line was also long. Its a big hotel. Overall, a good place to stay and the room was very quiet.

The location was super close to the train station. It’s an older hotel with cool vibes. The beds were super comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was included and had a good variety. A/C and elevator was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel.
