Real cozy place for staying. It was modern and clean. They set you up pretty good. It is true they dont have much air conditioning luckily I did research and brought a fan so that made it better. Somewhat annoying that most of the contact is done on third party software but just a minor gripe, as I prefer the pre-given code style of check in and room access as opposed to the traditional key card for most hotels. Will keep this place in mind if/when I visit Seattle again.

This property has false advertising ion the listing. When i arrived many amenities were missing. There is NO ac and the unit is VERY HOT. I called the number listed and they told me no refunds. I told them i cannot stay here in this room as it is not healthy. you shouldnt pay $200 a night to sweat and get heat stroke.

They are now refusing to refund even though i did not check in.

Reporting to the respective authorities. DO NOT STAY. They are thieves.

Super easy check-in, smooth process, great location. Will be coming back here the next time I’m in Seattle!

Recommend! Good location in Ballard. Easy check in and ultra clean

Perfect cozy room for my husband and I. It had everything we needed and a comfortable bed! And the price was right! Would definitely stay here again!

The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host (Vince) was fantastic. The shared communal area on the first floor looked very clean and modern with all of the appliances. The bedroom (Zumbo) on the second floor was very nice, clean, and modern as well. I liked that the room had a cooking area with a stove, microwave, minifridge, sink, and dishes to prepare food. I also really liked how clean, bright, and modern the bathroom was. I would definitely come back during my next visit to Seattle!

Price was good for location.

Exceeded expectations, very clean and comfortable; convenient location; owner friendly and responsive.

clean room, lots of info if that gives you peace of mind

Very nice stay and so easy to come and go. A few things though...we had one big towel to share between two people and a backed chair would have been a nice thing to have in the room or even inn the common space.
