Hotel was making renovations of the water system and still accepted bookings. No hot water and then no water at all until we made it known that this isn’t acceptable to paying guests….close hotel for renovations or include information in the booking site so people can choose.

Also food was not warm in the buffet. Proper temperatures help keep people from getting sick

Good location

I did eat outside

Terrible did not change my bedding for 12 days and they charged me for dirty sheets. I will never stay here again

Rooms are very dated. They need some updating, especially bathroom.
Staff were both helpful and friendly

Good service and breakfast.

This hotel was probably really nice when it first opened, but it has not been well maintained. The décor and interior is outdated. It has a little bit of charm to it, but it needs some repairs. The floor in our room was dirty, it made my feet black. The tv didnt work and had exposed wire coming out of it. The worst part was that our room had many roaches. I had to kill several during our stay. After looking at other reviews, it seems that the entire hotel has them so switching rooms wouldnt have changed anything.
They also didnt mention needing a cash deposit before we arrived, thankfully I had some on me. The nicest part was the pool, it was well maintained. We were missing towels when we arrived, but the staff promptly brought us some and also quickly fixed our toilet when it stopped working. If it werent for the roaches I could potentially see myself staying here again.

Great hotel location and sited 100m away from main roads so it’s quieter which is why I stay here regularly. The receptionist cannot book taxis which is very surprising and they don’t seem to be very happy but that doesn’t bother me as some of these hotel staff work very long hours which would be illegal in the west. The service was much better last year especially from their managers Mina and Annie. Thank you for the upgraded rooms and wonderful sea views! :-)
