The location in relation the railway wasn’t excellent. The breakfast was very good and lots of good choices.

The room and hotel property is beautiful. Breakfast was like a cruise buffet. Lukas and Scott were very helpful upon our arrival

We booked this hotel largely because of its advertised spa and sauna facilities, only to discover on arrival that these required an additional payment, with no clear indication during the booking process. This was extremely disappointing. We raised the issue with reception during our stay, yet the hotel later claimed it had only been brought to their attention after our departure and refused to accept any responsibility.

To make matters worse, the room had no proper blackout curtains, allowing daylight to flood in from early morning and making it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Overall, a disappointing experience due to poor transparency and a lack of customer care.

Very disappointing stay. We specifically booked this hotel because it advertised spa and sauna facilities, only to find out on arrival that they came at an additional cost with no clear indication before booking. We raised this with reception during our stay, but the hotel later denied this and took no responsibility.

The room was also poorly equipped for sleeping, with no proper blackout curtains, so daylight flooded the room early every morning.

Overall, a lack of transparency and disappointing customer service.

Very cool AC is working properly

Room was amazing and hotel is perfectly located.

Yes all good

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at. 5 star on everything

Very good hotel, impressive reception and great breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with very professional staff. The rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were extra sparkly (Clean). Breakfast selections were quite good. One pet peeve, the lobby is too small and it is a very busy hotel. Excellent location with proximity to main rail station and just a short walk to the major square and many other points of interest.
