I do not know how to control the switch off when I want to sleep.

Breakfast is tasty and not oily except the Taiwanese braised pork rice, which is no meat and mushroom, only fatty content.

I really enjoy a relaxing short break in this hotel. I am sure that I will be back.

The room was comfortable and I loved having the private onsen in the room.
Staff were quite strict about their 3pm check-in time. I understand that it takes time to clean rooms after guests check out at 11am, but I was just really tired after a red-eye flight and would have really appreciated even a slightly early check-in.

nice hotel with a hot tub, and good location

We stayed here before and returned when we are back at Beitou. I would say this is probably the most reasonable place for 3 people with a room with inside hotspring. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good and staff are friendly. Recommended!

Good location. Walkable from Xinbeitou Station and is located just before the street starts to slope upwards. Public bath is big and can be very crowded during the day especially with those who purchased day passes. Hotel is very run down but the staff at the public bath and breakfast are very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Excellent room, clean comfortable and spacious. A great place to enjoy hot spring. Very decent breakfast.
Close to Xinbeitou MRT station, the location is very convenient.

convenient

Great facilities at a great value

Good hotel but too pricy, great for hot spring if you like privacy as it offer room hot spring tub.

Everything was good. Was at the hotel before 3pm, hoping to check in if the room is available. But the room wasnt ready even after 3pm. Breakfast was normal and there was not much variety of food. Location is near to MRT Xinbeitou. Just need to cross 2 traffic lights after coming out of the station. Carrefour is conveniently located nearby. Hotel provided snacks and Pocari Sweat.
