The Grand Forward Hotel is at the great location. Its near the subway station which makes travel easy. Its also close the shopping area. A lot of great restaurants nearby. The hotel staffs are great! I was greeted with nice smiles every day and they are very helpful if I have any questions.

Enjoyed the breakfast with lots of stir fry vegetables and congee. They have wifi in each room and worked well when it works. But it might have issue handling a whole workday of internet usage. Very convenient location being next to MRT station. Lobby staff are all very nice.

Good

GOOD

Equipments are old the toilet couldn’t be flushed smoothly.
Bath sink is wet when we get in.
The liquid of shampoo and shower gear under low level need to be pushed many times.
Breakfast is soso but you did have many options.
It costed about NT$5K per night seems too expensive.
The best advantage is very close to night market so you can reach foods or doll picking up machines easily.
I will check the other hotel next time while visit here again.

So far so good

This was right next to the blue line MRT which brought me to most places I needed to go. Budget shopping near by. Easy for my business associates to get to for our customer meetings

Location is very convenient for us with lots of dining options in the area.
Staff were friendly and helpful..highly recommend!

Ive booked this hotel everytime I came to Taipei for almost a decade. The location is super convenient and the service is really great. However, recently I noticed the bathroom is moldy which is disappointing. Hope it gets improved and Im looking forward to staying in Grand Forward next time too!

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and delivered things that we needed very quickly after requesting them . One thing that was annoying was that the bathroom in the hotel room was black and not very well lit .
