The Pan Pacific has awesome ocean views if you opt for that upgrade. The bedding is cozy and comfortable. Completely soundproof leading to a good sleep. The hotel’s gym is better than most but could be improved. Best thing about this hotel was the automatic upgrade for Hotel Gold members and early check in/late check out without fuss. It’s a classic hotel - could be updated but all is functional and just fine.

Pretty much a perfect stay at Vancouvers Pan Pacific Hotel. Splurged and got a room with lounge access and it was worth it. Our room was nicely appointed and very spacious with a nice harbour view from the 21st floor. The lounge view was even better! Nice breakfast up there too. Caution: this lounge charges for alcoholic beverages...a bit odd, right?

Very nice stay. The room was very comfortable. The bed was amazing!!! The hotel is a little dated, but still very nice. My only complaint is that the elevators run a little slow. Definitely check out Spa Utopia!
