Pleasant hotel, connects directly to the underground PATH so you can walk underground to the stations.
Bed very comfortable, had a bath and separate shower.
Our suite kitchen was not over generous, only just enough equipment for 2 people.
Suite in historic building was a bit dark.
Had to fight over the one comfy chair !!
Staff were very friendly.

Everything was clean and tidy. Walkable to Union Station and Rogers Centre. It was a bit confusing to find the door closest to the reception area for checking in... rather than haul luggage down some stairs and thru the eating/drinking area.

Really nice spot. Close to Hockey Hall of Fame and Scotiabank Arena. Restaurants and coffee shops are close also. Excellent long stay option. Bathrooms could be updated.

Great meet up with friends at Teller’s Bar. Superb service from Junard and Andreas, who always remember us and greet us like old friends. Lovely atmosphere. Great room. Sauna and hot tub are excellent. All over great experience as usual at 1KW.

Quiet spacious room. well equipped with fridge and microwave.
Bed and linen was top notch, very comfortable.
Restaurant was very good. Menu was varied and filling.
Location of this hotel cant be beat.
Close to union station and directly on a subway stop.
Staff were always helpful and friendly.
