Overall a very good stay. I would rate it 9/10. There are areas for improvement in that certain aspects would benefit from refurbishment. Excellent pool and grounds, very well maintained. Buffet breakfast at Spiral, though expensive, was worth the cost. I also enjoyed a heavily discounted evening buffet there (thank you), which even offered lobster. Convenient shuttle bus to Mall of Asia. Areas for improvement; requires better wifi provision (poor service) and bed, though huge with quality linen, could be softer.

Hotel has a feeling of old elegance. Appears busy. Staff is courteous, properly attired. Spiral met its hype. Sad to see reclamation on-going mars the view the once beautiful bay.

Nice hotel good swimming pool and breakfast buffet is superb. But what i dont understand is if ibarriw sone plates and utensil in the room service i need to pay 100php per plate.1 key per room you cant request only one is working in room and elevator. Angd you have to wait awhile for the elevator and it is so crowded. But really the plates….

The hotel was hosting 2 large events. It was complete chaos at check in. It took ages to get in the front door, at least 10 minutes to wait for a lift up to the room, down was worse as every lift that arrived on second floor was completely full. We had to wait for the fifth lift before we could go down. The pool area was busy, not a problem but the lifeguards did not control the kids splashing and jumping around the pool bar. Finally we had a 4 am start, the noise, shouting, etc in the corridors late at night likely from the events meant had a poor sleep.

They didn’t check to see if room was clean before Ck in as there was dust all over room. They charged us $200 as a slap in the face for leaving hotel to stay somewhere else.

It was an over all amazing! I love the hospitality, shout out to the housekeeper who made sure my bathroom and beddings were made up daily! What an amazing stay I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with so diverse of great options although I’m not such a big eater. The swimming pool and its landscape offered serenity and pure relaxation then of course their jacuzzi and sauna! I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you! !

It was a good stay. The room was cosy and comfortable. But the balcony sound proof needs to be improve. I can hear sound from the carpark as i chose "city view" which happened to face the carpark.

Beside that everything was good and the staff were all very friendly. There are shuttle bus to asian mall as well.

Room is old already. Faucet in the bathroom sink has a knob which was broken, so it’s difficult to operate.
The lobby has a very strong scent which was irritating.
