Very nice hotel, good value, handy for the airport, charming desk staff good breakfast. A bit short on atmosphere though, particularly around the pool.

The staff was very kind , loving , generous, and very helpful !
I enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and the beautiful caring staff !

Staff is wonderful, Norie, Gleemie, Ann, Vanesa, n Chef who prepared breakfast!
Beds too hard.

Old facility and still in recovery mode. Friendly and accommodating staff but housekeeping could be improved. Breakfast was great, better than I expected. Amenities like the water park and pool were not in operation. Needs quite a few upgrades and improvement.

It is an old school property, so it is fun stepping into the past. Bed was very comfortable. The building’s condition is just worn.

Ideal for transit; staff very helpful and airport transfer very well done. Wake up call requested and received.

What an amazing place!

Had great fun in the pools, but marvelled at the setting amongst the lush tropical vegetation.

Extraordinary!

Absolutely loved staying there. Nicest hardest working staff I’ve ever encountered. Completely satisfied with staying here!

We stayed here after a diving liveaboard for a quick nap and shower before a 2am flight. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle so that was nice. The rooms are average but clean and good enough for the few hours we needed it. There is no elevator in the hotel so you will have to carry your bags up the stairs. They offered free breakfast vouchers, although we were not able to take advantage of it. Im not sure if the amenities were lacking or they were closed because it was a holiday in Palau but many services like the spa were not available. If youre staying in Koror, its by the airport and not near the city center so something to consider. They do offer a free shuttle to town on set schedule though.
