Expected a lot more of a Radisson hotel, I reckon you can get a much nicer hotel for the same price.
The hotel is worn and the AC did not work very well in our room and made the air both hot and dense. It was almost impossible to sleep! I asked for a fan FOUR times before I finally got one. They said it would be fixed, but then nothing happened and they didnt try to reach out to me to tell me why.
The breakfast, pool-area and gym are ok, but it looks nicer in the pictures. Location is good, a short walk to a lot of attratctions and the tram for transport to other places. Just bear in mind that the hotel is quite close to the mosque and you may be woken up early in the morning due to morning prayer.
I give them one more star due to them organising balloons and a cake for my birthday (we had specified it on the reservation beforehand).

Our stay was great, hotel staff were very friendly and professional, clean rooms, location accessible shopping facilities.

Great location and great staff. Excellent value for money. Would have got fives all round except for the last night the aircon unit - or something behind it - made a racket all night long (even though it wasnt turned on) and kept me awake.

First I was given a room with no window, when complaining I got a smoking room.
The reception was very unfriendly especially the reception manager.
He was just not turkish, normally things work very well in Turkey but this was my worst hotel experience so far. I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times and has been my prefered hotel in Istanbul as I travel through quite often. But this was my last stay at Radisson President hotell.

Location is amazing exactly in the point of attraction, and shopping

Absolutely brilliant staff and facilities.
Helpful beyond the call of duty.
Would walk in there with my eyes closed and expect out of the ordinary service....rebooked for another stay in a months time.

Just a remark for the breakfast its the same every day and its not international.

Even though it was marked as parking available, in reality it is not. The city blocked access to parking and i spent 600TRY extra because of that plus walking hill every time i wanted to drive to hotel during the day.

This hotel should be free or just for people have no cars, otherwise not viable option.

I hate it, won’t come again, none of the prebooking info initiated this info.

But stuff was so nice and helpful, hotel was clean.

Food was average

Overall great experience, will be visiting again!
