The grand cafe is a lovely place to have a coffee and watch the ships go by on the river Maas. The rooms are large and comfortable and offer the same, lovely view over the river. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great stay!

Very clean room. The staff very and trying to help with any issues we had.Breakfast very weak. The Ac didn’t work for the three days I was there and it was very hot at night.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a view of the bay with all the industry on the other side. The breakfast was excellent. It is a ten minute walk from the train station.

Good clean hotel. Excellent location for business out of the city

I have stayed at The Delta a few times now. Nice location. Just 2 things needed. A coffee maker in the room and a safe.
Otherwise nice place. But spider webs on the ceiling and big scuff marks on the wall.

friendly check in and staff welcome throughout our stay. Awesome location in the restaurant overhanging the canal

A wonderful spot to stay. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Large rooms with beautiful views.

The hotel had a nice view, and the room was clean. However, the air conditioning in our room was weak and didn’t cool the space properly. One of the biggest disappointments was the housekeeping and staff service. We asked multiple times for our room to be cleaned, but it was either not done at all or done with reluctance and poor quality – in fact, the room was sometimes returned in worse condition.

The breakfast area looked nice, but the food itself was basic, lacking variety and quality. Worst of all, around 90% of the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional – from the breakfast staff to the reception and the cleaners. Their attitude was often rude, unhelpful, and careless.

Overall, we left the hotel with frustration and disappointment. We will never stay at a Delta hotel again, anywhere in the world, and we would not recommend it to anyone.

Very nice room and good service

The view was spectacular
Toilet very small
