Great location and a really well maintained modern hotel. The standard rooms are quite large with hard floors and luxury beds and linen. Highly recommended.

Very nice atmosphere & incredibly helpful staff. Breakfast somewhat overpriced unless you eat a lot!

Crummy room in nice surroundings

The hotel as such is nice and located in the middle of strabourg but not in the most turistic parts of town.
The court yard is nice as is the lobby.
The room, however, glummy and a disappoiment.
The lobby kindly pointed out I could have made a fuss during our stay and they would have looked for alternative solutions. Frankly, I dont want to have to do that on my vacation. I expect it to be ok. The room was substandard and a bad value for money. Next time in Strasbourg, I’ll look for alternative accommodation

A beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Comfortable bed and mattress. Excellent location. Fresh and tasty breakfast! My favourite place in Strasbourg.

Really nice and cool hotel in the center of Strasbourg. Beautiful outdoor seatings in the restaurant and the breakfast was really fantastic! Can highly recommend this hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city, the staff are so nice, the restaurant and bar are wonderful, and the rooms are lovely , clean and have AC . I would highly recommend this for a couple staying, the food in the hotel is really good.

Really great hotel, location fabulous. Great bar and outdoor area to relax

The hotel boasts a central location and a beautiful setting. The staff members are consistently helpful and professional. However, the breakfast and bar prices are rather high. While the room size is adequate by European standards, it may not offer sufficient comfort after an extended day of sightseeing. The outdoor bar can generate considerable noise at night, which may disturb guests. On one occasion, I found it necessary to contact reception around 1a.m. to request that guests at the bar lower their voices. The bathroom is quite spacious. I would suggest adding a safety bar and additional hooks for towels. An armchair in the room would also be a beneficial addition.

Great hotel

Beautiful hotel, great customer services, nice and helpful staff
