Excellent accomodation in the middle of Whistler. Tidy and practical.

Cozy hotel. Great location. Will visit again!

It was a nice room in a convenient area.

Great room for the price point and considering youre so close to the village its a hard deal to beat. Highly recommend.

Staff were terrible.. the first one gave us two problem: the door cards only work for 1 day while we’re booked for 3 days 2 nights. Then gave us wrong info about the cost of parking in day lots - he said $15 but actual is $22.. the 2nd person solved the issue but acted like they didn’t cause inconvenience and never apologized. Spent more time blaming his colleague.. we checked in July 2 and checked out July 4. The only good thing is its close to stroll area.. ageing hotel but decently clean .. kitchen is good too

The room, though not large, was comfortable and well equiped.

Extremely clean for an older hotel. Well located. Staff very helpful and friendly. Requested a softer pillow and someone found one and run it up. Only downside was the portable a/c unit not very cold and obviously loud but made for good white noise. Screens on the windows would be helpful. Great stay, great price.

very clean but the hotel needs upgrading.
staff were very helpful.

Air conditioner is not powerful very hot inside the room! Big closet door is broken and entry to the bedroom is from the back of the hotel.

It was a great stay with wonderful staff.
Didnt use the amenities and the building is a bit older, but our unit (which was a studio with a double and murphy bed, full kitchen) had quartz countertops and the bathroom tub was a bit dated but tiles were clean.
I left my earrings in the room and only realized at Squamish that I had left them at the hotel. Staff immediately found them and told me they were going to contact UPS to deliver it to my home. Waiting for UPS to contact me, but I was so happy with the responsiveness of everyone during our stay and even after, once we checked out!
Will definitely stay again!
