The hotel/room was clean and well kept. The staff was very cordial and accommodating. The breakfast offered had a wide variety but did not differ if staying for multiple days. The location of the hotel made it easy to catch the subways/trains making getting to/from popular attractions easy. The rooftop restaurant was great get away to overlook the city.

Great clean and updated room! Love the roof garden, nice place to relax with a drink. Super close to the train station, restaurants and other areas of interest.

Great place to stay for a short time near Termini train station. I little bit far from main historic attractions, but still within walking distance (25 mins). Great breakfast as well.

Very good room but the breakfast buffet is very poor quality. Even the coffee was terrible which i found surprising for Italy. Two machines one of which was better but stuck in a different room with no cups in sight. Rather odd.

Its a great place to stay for its price range. Very convenient location near the Termini station, surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants that are open late.

I stayed at this hotel recently and, unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. The room was dated and quite dusty, with clear signs it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival — there were dust balls on the floor, a dead bug on the cushion, and long hair on the floor and in the bidet. I even had to wipe down the toilet seat myself, which shouldn’t be necessary in any hotel. The shower filled up with water every time I used it and had a noticeable drainage smell, which made it unpleasant to use. The air conditioning didn’t work, so the room was uncomfortably hot, and the walls were paper thin — I could hear the guest next door snoring, coughing, and even using the bathroom.I reported the shower drainage and cleanliness issues to reception on arrival, who were polite but only offered a room change the evening of my last night, but by then I had evening plans and was checking out early the following morning, so it wasn’t practical. The hotel did waive the €12 tourist tax, which I apprec
