There was no aircon in the rooms which made them very hot and everything felt dated

Great hotel that we’ve stayed at before. Best perk is being able to take a pleasant walk to the parks!
We absolutely love the cars music thats piped in around reception and the grounds. Really makes you appreciate being in the bubble! Would definitely stay agaiin

Room was great, and staff were fantastic and friendly. They were really helpful even through the heatwave.

Our stay here was much better than expected. The hotel is Cars themed and although the property is not new - it was very clean/comfortable and we had everything that we needed for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful - they are what make this place worth staying at. The parks are about a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride.

If you are in Paris just for Disneyland, this hotel is convenient. However, the room was very hot as there was no ac and the fan was very weak.

Hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The light socket was hanging off, stains on the carpets and stains on the bedding. Walls are paper thin and so not recommended for light sleepers, unless you pack ear plugs (luckily we did). Starbucks on site is handy for a drink before you start your day. Lots of potential but under utilised. Overall, disappointed with the experience and really did expect better from a Disney branded hotel.

Despite the star rating I expected more as it’s Disney branded, but I certainly shouldn’t have…
