Though the hotel chain Diego de Almagro is good, the one at SPA is not up to expectations. Wifi only in lobby, tv but no cable or wifi, pool too cold to use, bad information... The location, breakfast and room are ok. It is better than local hostales, but not a good hotel as it is promoted

Nice place with a clean big room, nice staff and a good pool area. The breakfast was also really good. Only problem was that the WiFi was pretty unstable in our room.

Rude reception staff member. There are other comments about him so I won’t bother to add to them. We’ll never stay at a hotel with this chain again

It was fun! The service was good, just the toilets, and some of the structures, like doors didn’t work very well.

Perfectly nice place to stay. Very good value. Amazing location just metres from centre of San Pedro. Decent pool area. Breakfast was nice. Room was basic, cosy and clean. We only booked the day before so no complaints really. Stayed for 3 nights. If I was staying longer I would need a bigger room. Ours was a twin in the main hotel

Very close to the main high street and easy access to various tours and restaurants.. good ambience and location

Good location, right in the center of the town. Walk to everything. On site parking. Great breakfast buffet.

A very nice hotel in the desert, clean and neat. The surrounding is horrible, did not dare to go out. The waitress in the morning does not speak English. The food served was tasty.

The property is excellent value for money in terms of location facilities and price. Value for money compared to other locations is very good. The one thing I would have happily paid extra for would be air con. However no complaints. You can easily spend five times as much and be further out of the centre
